Vibration Plates

I have a vibration plate that has resistance bands attached to it for upper body exercise and I use it regularly following the claims that 10 minutes is like an hour in the gym!!
I'm definitely more toned but I have started to do brisk walking and cycling aswell.
My query is, does anyone know how many calories you burn on than and how do I put that in on my diary? Or even SHOULD I put it in on my diary?
There are so many knowledgeable folk on here I thought I'd ask you guys :))
