I'm starting my diet. I want to lose weight and look toned. I'm trying to decide what I should eat for my first day?

    Eat something that you can make into a lifestyle change, so things that you can eat happily every day (probably not exactly the same but you get my drift :D)
    I tend to have fruit and a yogurt for breakfast
    Salad or a Sandwich for lunch
    Dinners with 1/4 Protein, 1/4 Carbs, 1/2 Veggies (although if you want to build muscle you may want more protein)
    and then for a snack I tend to have whatever is in the cupboards and fits into my macros :)
    If you keep it simple then you are more likely to stick with it :)

    Food you like the taste of, that's lower in calories than food you normally eat, that fits into your calorie guidelines for the day. Then go for a walk. Voila, balance. Balance works :)
