Hi All,
I'm Gary a 6'4"senior citizen who has battled weight loss all my life. I know what works, mostly sticking to it. I know for me that means keeping a food diary. I'm hoping to find someone interested in trading diaries weekly for commenting and encouragement. don't know how to set that up exactly, but I'm sure myfitnesspal allows for it and will research methods.

Hi Gary, welcome! Tracking for me was an eye opener - and mandatory in my weight loss. It was shocking to see certain foods I enjoyed weighed or measured out and the calorie or especially sugar or carb content! It's a learning curve but agree that it works.
In regards to trading diaries - as long as you have friends with open diaries, you would be able to see what they are logging daily or weekly, and can chose to get a notification when a friend finishes their daily logging as well.
