Lost 4lb last week hoping to do as well this week I no it slows down, always started exercises this week to

good luck and congrats, terrific work.
Do mentally prepare yourself for loosing less that 4pd/week though. The first week we often loose a lot of water weight. And unless you have A LOT to loose, the more recommended rate of losse is 2pd (or as you get closer to goal, 1 then .5pds/week)0
