Went lazy for the holidays, no workouts or counting intake, now 10 lbs up. Wanna loose about 25 total.wondering about doing Keto, but don’t think I want to stay on that the rest of my life! Food is meant to be enjoyed !

Im back on the wagon after 13yrs, went from super fit at 95kg to 155kg over this time. Im forgetting the diets and so on and going to try training hard and eating a balanced diet of about 2500 cal per day, thats alot of food if your eating the right stuff. My aim is to hit 100kg by christmas.1

I’m through with dieting , I do best with concentrating diet on higher protein and limiting sugar ,and walking 4-5 miles 4-5 times weekly .Good luck to you ,don’t give up !0

I too gained about 10 lbs over the holidays. I agree that food is to be enjoyed. I just need to stick with counting calories and working out daily, aerobics is my go to. Im wanting to drop 25lbs plus the 10 ive gained. Feel free to add me1
