Mum of three exhausted but trying!

So I've reactivated my mfp app after a loooonnnng break. Was a bit demotivating having to adjust my current weight to much more. I've had two kids in the three years since I was last on and not lost any of the weight. My youngest is now 19 months so I can't use her as an excuse anymore really. I need to lose 2.5 stone to be back in the healthy bracket for my short height. Perhaps not the most to lose but mine has been going up not down since giving birth. really struggling to fit in exercise around my kids who seem to need me 24/7!! Looking forward to sharing support and hopefully successes with you all.
