Anyone help me guess the calories?

So I'm trying to guess at what the Beef Swarma wrap from my small local shop comes in at calorie wise and my initial estimates vs what MFP says are way way different so I'm hoping to ask you experts to narrow down the gap. It's a huge wrap (like 12" pita stuffed full to like a 4-5 inch diameter) so I was initially guessing quite high. But the highest entry here is 650 calories which seemed low to me. To be fair it's mostly veggies (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, picked radish, hot peppers) and it's a good serving of meat but I'm not sure what it would be weight wise? 5 oz? 6? They put on siracha sauce and what I think is a yogurt based garlic sauce and some tahini (which I know is calorie dense). Does anyone have any experience with this? Most entries were closer to 350 so the 650 is much higher but that still seemed low. But then again, I'm bad at estimating this kind of thing. Lol

I would try building it in the recipe builder using conservatively reasonable estimates of each of the components. Pita alone are fairly high calorie and one that big would make me similarly suspicious of the entries you found.

Start with the caloric content for the pita, (about 200) then 5 oz of beef. Next your veggies, (maybe 150 cal for all). Then figure in your sauces (I would give them about 250 total guess. So with these guesses it could easily be close to that 650 cal and probably more
