So tell me... you’ve heard the saying abs are made in the kitchen.. are you working out to reach your goals? What type of workouts are you doing? Do you plan on tracking your workouts or eating those calories back?

For me... I love walking, Zumba and working with a personal trainer. I am checking off my workouts on a calendar but am not going to eat the extra calories because I want to workout for reasons besides weight loss too. (That being said I do make sure I’m getting my protein because of the weight training)
