Low carb low cholesterol breakfasts

Hi MFP people!
I’m looking for a low carb low cholesterol breakfast. I’ve been doing Greek yogurt and frozen fruit for awhile now but it’s breaking the bank (plain Greek yogurt is expensive!)
I’ve tried egg white cups but am not a fan of them microwaved.
Because I’m on a low starchy carb diet I’m trying to avoid overnight oatmeal and fo-pancakes.
FYI cooking to any extent in the morning isn’t going to happen in my house. 😂 Quick and ready options are a must. Staying about 500 calories for the meal max.

Cholesterol in foods does not often affect cholesterol levels in the blood. If you are trying to lower your cholesterol, avoiding cholesterol in foods most likely won't help.
Veggies will often lower triglycerides, and so will a diet high in proteins and fats. Perhaps dinner leftovers would be a good option? It doesn't get much faster.0
