Can I stick to Work out plans I like and still loose weight?

I finally discovered my love for dancing. Since I started Zumba, I exercise 6 days a week adding some turbo jam and Taebo. My question is can I just continue this n still have amazing results or do I need to vary from it. Please note that I loathe d treadmill or working out in the gym PERIOD!!!! Would really appreciate your thoughts on any other type of work out that can help me.
