Bride to be looking to loose some jiggly bits

Hi everyone, my name is Lola and I’m getting married in September I gained weight whilst at uni (funny how all the takeaways and alcohol adds up) and I’ve struggled to loose it since graduating. I feel like I’ve tried every diet under the sun so I’m currently keeping it simple with calorie counting. Eating less and moving more I’d love to loose between 3-4stone but not in a rush to do this before the wedding, as it’s 8 months away. I understand now that it’s a lifestyle change I need and want, so it will take as long as it needs to. I’m an absolute beginner when it comes to exercise mind you - I walk for around 45 mins each day with my dogs and thats about it. I’d love to get into some cardio, running and yoga so any tips anyone can give would be amazing Looking forward to being a confident, slim bride!

the c25k app is great to get you started running.
you might also want to consider some strength/resistance training to help you lose the jiggle

Thank you very much! I’ve tried the c25k app and felt like I was dying during my first attempt and then gave up so will try it again in a better mind set

run slower
or spend a couple of weeks going out walking at a fast pace for 30 - 40 minutes 3/4 x a week before you try it again1 -
