Hi! I'm Gena. I'm 17 (which I know you shouldn't be, but I'm 18 in November so it's fine..) I've had My Fitness Pal as an app on my ipod touch for just over 6 months, but it's only now I've started using the web version. Umm..not really sure what to say. Just looking for anyone who'd like to befriend me so we can go through this weight loss journey together or anyone older who could give me some advice etc.
That's it for now. I'm a bit embarassed...

    which every plan you choose . try to stay focus on it.

    I have too or i cheat on my diet I am try 1000 to1200 sometime more
    and do some exercise

    but that not for every one

    Hi! I count calories and that seems to work for me. I have lost 8.5lbs in 16 days. I am still kind of new to this site too, but I can tell you it sure helps with motivation and accountability. I record every single thing that goes in my mouth. I don't know what you are doing to lose weight but you can find info on just about anything on this website and from the people on it.....Good luck!

    8.5lbs in 16 days?!? Wow! Is that due to exercise as well as calorie counting? & thanks for the advice :)
