Fitness Log

Hello Everyone. Just wondering if anyone has used/created a fitness log that they would recommend when lifting weights. Thanks in advance.

    I set up an Excel spreadsheet with columns for each lift and a row for each day, that I just keep adding to.

    I'm an Excel logger too. I find the archival benefit to be valuable. When I'm an old man sitting in a rocking chair crapping my pants, I'll take great delight in reviewing my journals and telling myself I can't believe I did stuff like that.
