How often do you weight in? I used to everyday when I stared but 10 weeks in i don’t even feel like it anymore because my doctor weighs me once a month anyway 🤔

Every day, just because it's a good habit for me. When I tried to weigh weekly I forgot to weigh, didn't notice, and gained a bunch of weight.
