3rd Whole30 and so.so.so thirsty

Options
So, this is my 3rd whole30. I genuinely love it. This time around, though I I am so thirsty. Like 3829 cups of water thirsty doesnt cut it.

Anyone have this side effect before? Should I consider myself clearly dying?

Yes, or consider dropping the Whole 30. Sounds scary to me.

No I wouldn’t consider myself to be clearly dying, but I would consider getting a check up at the doctors.

Intense thirst could be a number of things. If you know it isn’t connected to your change of diet, get a checkup.

Oh, and if you really are drinking water in excess, make sure your electrolytes are kept in balance.

    Cheers, h.

Its probably from the lack of sodium in that diet. Dehydration can come with electrolyte depletion, which sodium is a key electrolyte.

Interesting. I am being pretty careful. I salt everything cause I have low blood pressure. I'm not super worried about death.

How much salt are you consuming daily?

I had the same thing in my first and second weeks! I'm on day 22 now and not nearly as bad. I hope it's improved for you!
