I got the same. I was still able to add exercise and food though.

Have you tried syncing on the more section at bottoms of the app?

Yep, there's lots of problems today.. hope they fix it soon

I am unable to log food as well. It finally synced my steps overnight, but the app still isn't working correctly for me either.

I had issues all day yesterday and today as well. Updated weight and added food and all that good stuff and nothing is there. Just errors.
