BMI?

Hi all, how do you pick your goal weights? I am 5’1” and had a starting weight of 157.8, I am hoping to get down to 140 which I feel from knowing myself is a healthy weight and on the lower end of what I have been in the past when I have been at my fittest. However when I look at what my weight should be from BMI it suggests between 7stone and 9 1/2 stone should I change my goal or is the BMI unreliable as a guide?

    aim for 140 first and then decide when you get there.

    just because you have one goal now doesn't mean you have to stick with it forever.
