Does anyone have a good suggestion for a sleep tracker you don't have to wear to bed(ie: not Fit bit, etc)? I'm looking for one, but some are expensive, so I'd like to know if anyone has tried and loved any.

I'm trying to figure how that would be possible.

Other than using a wearable, the only way I can figure out this would work is to hire someone to stay up all night and watch you while you sleep.

I think you can buy some that install under the sheet so you're laying on top of them. They do tend to be more expensive though.

I am using a pad from Nokia / Withings. It goes under the mattress and connects to their app. The app can be linked to MFP (https://www.withings.com/us/en/sleep) Not cheap but really good - unless my cat decides to sleep on it, then I get a nice afternoon nap registered.
