You might be getting in the swing of thing when:

You take your tea cup over to the scale to weigh the water, rather than heading straight to the microwave...

Or maybe I needed coffee, rather than herbal tea?

How do you know when you are on a roll?

When every time you swipe open your phone, you click on MFP for your food diary out of habit, even though you were intending to do something else.

    This... lol

When I go out to eat, and don't even think about french fries.

When I sit down to log my food before I eat it and realize I already logged it while I was plating it. This happens more than you would think.

I was fixing a cup of coffee for my wife (a non-user) and put her mug on the scale to weigh out creamer purely out of habit.

I haven't gotten there: I hope that my spouse will order them so that I can have a couple, but I don't tell him that and he doesn't often order them.

And this. Except it is when I'm putting my toddler's lunch together.

When someone invites you out to lunch and you first ask where they are going before you respond because you want to know if/how it will fit into your calories for the day.

You go out to eat and immediately eyeball your portion size, put the rest to the side, and break down the the approximate weight/calorie content of each component.

Your pasta, potatoes, rice, chicken, and steak, are eyeballed so often it is within 5g of your portion size.

Weigh frequently eaten items and can calculate the meal cals in your head.

    Cheers, h.

When you do an actual fist pump when you see you hit your protein goal. Especially if you're in public at the time.

When someone asks you how many calories are in their food, and you know offhand.

Or how many grams a serving is. Hello, peanut butter!

That just made me laugh out loud, in public at the time.
    Crazy old woman syndrome.

Or you ask "which brand?" and then answer them.

I figured I was in the groove yesterday when I couldn't log my food and knew that I could have my pizza and needed a can of tuna.
