You might be getting in the swing of thing when:
You take your tea cup over to the scale to weigh the water, rather than heading straight to the microwave...
Or maybe I needed coffee, rather than herbal tea?
How do you know when you are on a roll?

When I sit down to log my food before I eat it and realize I already logged it while I was plating it. This happens more than you would think.4

I haven't gotten there: I hope that my spouse will order them so that I can have a couple, but I don't tell him that and he doesn't often order them.0 -

And this. Except it is when I'm putting my toddler's lunch together.
When someone invites you out to lunch and you first ask where they are going before you respond because you want to know if/how it will fit into your calories for the day.0 -

You go out to eat and immediately eyeball your portion size, put the rest to the side, and break down the the approximate weight/calorie content of each component.
Your pasta, potatoes, rice, chicken, and steak, are eyeballed so often it is within 5g of your portion size.
Weigh frequently eaten items and can calculate the meal cals in your head.

I figured I was in the groove yesterday when I couldn't log my food and knew that I could have my pizza and needed a can of tuna.2
