I feel stuck in my current job, overlooked, inadequate and invisible. I want to start my own small online business but I'm not sure where to begin. :( Plus I fell off the weight loss/maintain wagon and can't seem to get back on, I am 8 pounds away from my starting weight.

    Take a deep breath, and break it down into small pieces, and prioritize. Small victories and successes tend to snowball, and carry over into other areas of your life.
