So I'm feeling rather *kitten*. I am ready to slim down and gain back my confidence cos I literally am built like a sack of shite. I'm going on holiday with my boyfriend and if I don't feel confident in my skin by summer i swear to god. I'm getting my gym membership back at the weekend ( I stopped going cos I joined a running club, but I stopped going to that cos I got a boyfriend ). I know I shouldn't have stopped but 'healthy' relationships make u fat, fact. Im not classed as overweight, but I just want to cut my pot belly off with kitchen scissors!!! I need to tone the *kitten* up. Can't wait to join the gym though, I miss having muscle. Any tips for workouts I should try? I know the 4 best fat burner exercises are Burpees, mountain climbers, star jumps and....I've forgotten. But I'll do the rest. Maybe not star jumps though...
