App for Shuttle Run?

Im in the process of training for the police fitness test, which includes the shuttle run/beep test. Has anyone used an app to help train for it? I hear they exist and Im very interested to hear peoples experince as this is probably my weakest area in regards to the fitness testing. Thanks!
