Hi folks, new to this app and site.
Been lifting for the last 4 years - but never counted calories - way too hard in my book.
I love this app - so easy to use and when paired with a fitbit - I have all the data my OCD loves.
For example
Over the past 4 years i have tracked every single KG lifted (4,032,818) every rep (187,175) and every set (15,796).
Having the time of my life with this new information.
Been lifting for the last 4 years - but never counted calories - way too hard in my book.
