Just kidding.... Doing it for me
Feel free to add me everyone. Would love some not so serious people to make this fun. I am serious about this program, but we should still have fun with it

- Tracking progress with scale, measurements, photos, amount of my back fat touching each other, size of my boobs, decrease in inner thunder thighs chafing, and my booty going from a flat pancake to a squat booty.
- I am you're basic southern girl, but at the gym listening to my playlist I feel like a beast from the streets of Compton

Uhhhh...might I suggest eating more than 1200 calories. I did this when I started because I didn't know better. I suggest you use an online calorie calculator like the one found here. That way, you'll be able to factor in you height, weight, activity level, etc. It'll be much more personalized. Eating the number of calories appropriate for your body will make the journey a little more easier as it relates to you being satiated. If someone is used to eating 3,000 calories per day, imagine how hard it will be for them to suddenly start eating 1200.
That's just my 2 cents. I started my weight loss journey by joining MFP 5 years ago. I lost 100lbs in 2 years. I didn't know MFP had forums until 2 years into my journey. I wish I would've found them sooner. Then maybe things could've been a lil easier for me.
I hope this info helps. Good luck on your journey!5 -
