I was 260lbs 2 years ago and got my weight down to 180lbs in 8 months. I felt healthier and happier. After about a year and a half, I am now back up to 220lbs and am planning to lose 30lbs in the next 3 months. This time around I feel less motivated and I notice it's harder to get started exercising and dieting even though I'm not as heavy as when I initially began my journey. The first time I had more passion and a sense of urgency. For my diet, I basically go vegetables and protein only. This is the first attempt using an app like this. Suggestions, stories, advice would all be welcome and I hope this community thing keeps me on track. Thank you!
