    I joined September last year and lost a stone. I’ve gone completely off tack since Xmas though. Ie not gained but I can’t get back in the mindset.
    I’m still following the recipes as my husband is also doing it. He’s managed to loose 2 stone and is still focus. Trying hard not to let him down by not supporting him.
