You are not going to lose 20lb of fat in 5 days, apple vinegar or no apple vinegar.
Depending on how much you have to lose aim for between 1/2 lb to 2 lb per week.8 -
If you use the magnifying glass to search for discussions on this topic you will see many threads on how it does nothing for weight loss.3

Drinking apple cider vinegar doesn't do anything for weight loss and tastes absolutely disgusting to me. I tried it once for a few days. I didn't lose any weight but I *did* lose my will to live.
More importantly, though, why do you need to lose 20lbs in 5 days?

20lbs in 5 days, which is almost impossible, would mean drinking only apple cider vinegar and absolutely nothing else for 5 days!!
Anyone wishing to lose 20lbs in 5 days is just plain dumb. You may lose weight but the rest of your body will be in dire straits.
Additionally there is no hard evidence to prove that apple cider vinegar helps you lose weight. True it has other health benefits but weight loss is not one of them.3 -
I used apple cider vinegar yesterday when I made bacon jam. It tastes great. It won’t magically help you lose weight though.3

It's great in pulled pork and salad dressings, too. But drinking it straight up? All the nopes.5 -

I still wouldn't lose 20 pounds in five days. I was sick for a week once with projectile vomitting and didn't lose 20 pounds.9 -

This. Maybe the 5 days after I gave birth, but even that is iffy.6 -
