Officially started January 2nd. I know, cliche. New Year Resolution, New Year, New Me, etc. This year though I really end to get fit. Injury 2 years ago packed on the weight, not that I wasn’t already heading upwards in pounds. Just got discouraged with injury. Now, just not happy with myself physically, looking to be able to feel better and be able to be more active again. Hoping to also improve back issues and get off of a nerve block medication.
