Hi
Just wondering if it’s worth upgrading to the premium version of MFP?

I get plenty of benefit from the free. I think if I was body sculpting the enhancements would help. I'm just counting calories to lose weight. I can't tell what your goals are.1

Look over the features of premium and see if they are worth it for you.
For what I use the program, it's not worth it for me. The free version has everything I need/want.2 -
Yeah I agree that the free version has everything I need to lose weight and get fitter so for me it is not worth the money.
However a lot of people like the premium as it gives them more detailed data to play around with.0 -
I like premium for the features and no ads.1

Perfect, thanks for the replies. I’m just looking to count calories to lose weight so the free should be good for me.0
