Went completely off the wagon today.. been in a bad mood all day which has lead to me me scoffing chocolate and ordering takeaway pizza, with zero tracking and calorie counting today.. now I’m worried it’s gonna take away all my effort from this past week.

It's one day, get back to your deficit tomorrow.
If you logged it and looked at your weekly goal it's probably nowhere near as bad as you think.9 -
It might impact some of your effort, so just get back on track and keep going. Also try to figure out why this happened and what you will do differently next time you're in a similar situation..5

Just get over it and start again1

Everyone has a bad day every once and awhile. The best you can do is move past it and get back on track.2

The only way a single day will ruin things for you is if you let it affect your mindset going forward. Everyone has bad days, you're okay!6

Today was not exactly a bad day, although it may feel bad. If you didn't have days like today now, how would you learn that bad mood leads to losing focus on your diet and plan for it in the future? Now you know. Plan better next time. Think of several things that may help you to handle a bad mood and test them out next time you're in a bad mood. It may take several tries. Expect to have several instances of overeating because that's normal, and that's how our skills are slowly hammered into shape.
As for undoing the work, not gonna happen. Effort is not just calories, but how much you worked on building the habits and skills that will make a diet successful. Even if you overate so much that you undid every single calorie in your deficit, you are not going to undo the choices and mental exercises you used to limit overeating this past week.
What you could do is try to remember what you had, guesstimate it, and log it. You need to build a habit of logging no matter what, even if you overate, even if you don't know exactly how much you ate or don't remember everything, it's the habit that counts. By logging your food you are declaring to yourself that you are not "off the wagon" because you are still doing something about it despite the bump.
ETA: I'm so sorry for what you had to go through, and I apologize for replying too soon. You need to be kinder to yourself during such times. "Don't care" times happen, and it's okay. Virtual hugs in your direction.9 -
S*%$ happens; just gotta get back up and on the wagon again!
I'm sure all of us commenting here have had those days where we either unintentionally or intentionally go way over our calories for the day. It happens. Sometimes it's planned (celebrations), and sometimes it's not (not being mindful). You've recognized this isn't something you want, so make sure you recommit yourself to your goals tomorrow, and learn from today. I think understanding what the trigger was for you will help you make a plan to avoid a repeat of today!0 -
Thanks everyone, means a lot to have such a supportive community.
My cousins funeral was today which was abroad and I wasn’t able to go. My grandad is also very poorly with lung cancer , I’ve booked flights to go back home to see him in a few weeks and I just hope he can hold out. Partner and I also had an argument due to all the stress recently (made up now though), but yeah all that combined made me have a no care attitude today..
I’m back on track tomorrow, gym first thing in the morning and then going shopping with a meal plan in hand 🙌🏻13 -
Its ok. It really is. It happens to every single one of us. Just try to do better tomorrow.0

I'm so sorry that you were burdened with all of this today; that's a lot for one person to process and work through! I hope your travel plans are able come to fruition as well.
The gym and focusing on your plan will hopefully help you redirect your mind and energy away from all this stress; good for you for stepping back on the wagon, and moving forward with a solid plan. I hope the rest of today goes well for you!0 -

I completely understand. Thursday was the anniversary of my grandson's death. I also went "off the rails" a bit. I did log because I like to have the info, but otherwise I just moved on the next day. So sorry for your lost.4 -
It will slow your weightloss but it is only one day. Log as best you can and continue on. Tomorrow is another day.

I'm sorry you're going through all of this at once. Deciding you're getting back on track tomorrow is a great way to handle having a rough day, and is a good sign that you really can do this.1 -
Just finished my 2 hours at gym today and feel in a better frame of mind today. I think I’d like to just eat 100 calories less than my daily goal for the next week so it balances out the damage from yesterday.3
