I had a bad week last week...

I ate badly for the first two days of last week, so I just decided to take a week off. I ate off plan and badly all week.

I was going to avoid the scale for several weeks while I re-lost, but I owned up to what I did. I got on the scale and am up 3.2 pounds. You know what? I don't feel as bad about it as I thought I would. I started back strong today. I will lose those 3.2 pounds and the rest of my weight. I am still down 65.6 pounds overall. I am proud of myself for what I've accomplished, and I won't let myself get into a pity party and binge some more. Onward and upward.

Well said, you've achieved an amazing amount, and we're not machines.

I recently took a week off as I was on holidays and went completely off the rails! Anyway, i weighed myself on my return and was 4.5 lbs up. Turned out it was mostly water, and I lost it all back within a week.

It's hard not to feel bad about going off your plan, but it sounds like you've got a great perspective on it. I totally binged last week while on vacation and things didn't turn out as bad as I thought they would. That's all you can do if you go off track; get back on track and keep going forward.
