Let's do this together!

Hey I'm Jane 26 and here to loose some lbs and tone up.

I keep coming on and off mfp. I join with all the good intentions of eating nothing but salads and chicken, drinking nothing but protine shakes and 2ltrs of water and exercising every day until I burn out and give up.

I've decided to do this in small realistic steps and would love some friends on here of all goals, sizes and diets. Feel free to add me :)

    Me too small goals and realistic expectations I think is better for a lifetime of maintaining weight management slow and steady! How do I add you? I can't figure it out?
