Hi, I'm new to this app. So I just realized that I dont nearly eat as much protien as my macros suggest. I'm not a huge meat eater. Im not vegetarian or gluten free, or any of the other restrictions. Thinking about getting protien powder but wonder what other high protein food are easy to get and delicious. Any high protein food suggestions? Thanks, y'all

Nuts aren't a source of protein, they're a fat source that happen to have protein in.2 -
