UK Runners Please Help!

I have just completed the Couch to 5K app. I loved it do much I'm just about to change onto the 10K training app.

I am gonna run the Great Manchester Run in May.

I really want to lose weight I am currently 13 stone but want to get to around 10 stone.

Any weekly menus would be so helpful I am not losing anything running just maintaining but I am eating healthy!
