Introduce Yourself

Hi I’m Kat. Starting over. The last year was vegan and I’ve only gained weight. Going to try what works for me personally from now on. I’ve got mountains here to hike, Pilates membership, and another gym I don’t use 😬 so I really have no excuses. I lift every other day and get on the treadmill and still... I lose 3 pounds at most of water weight and stay stuck. Hoping this site helps. Have a great exercise day!

    You can do this. Yes, I have the same outcome just a different way of getting their! I've found so far that logging and keeping active on this site and reading others stories helps.
