I went shopping this weekend (a task that is usually very frustrating/ discouraging). I used to always wear a Large or Extra Large in shirts but this weekend I bought 3 shirts in size Medium (in a store where I usually take a L) and 3 sweaters in size Large (in a store where I would usually take an XL)!! AH! 
Then, I saw an old friend at the mall and she told me I looked smaller, and that I looked great!
All in all, I was proud of my progress this far and cannot wait to continue!
Felt great!
