    Best of success @kerisattay . I started Oct 2014 on this Way Of Eating and it is still working out well in my case. I do not track my foods or the amounts so there is nothing to see log wise but I did for a few weeks to learn how much I was eating and got my carbs, protein and fats balanced out in a way that worked for me.
