So hard to get started when injury keeps reoccurring and stopping you in your tracks. Need to stick to diet and physio, but was hoping for a pal to go through this journey with. I have a stone to lose and a mountain to climb (literally) in April.

Hi, I'm Kate. I'm looking to lose near 6 stone myself. My goal is 80lbs.
I've got a myriad of heath problems, 3 babies under 4 years old and a spinal injury that left me with permanent nerve damage and chronic pain. So it's going to be a challenge but I am determined to get my weight back on track. Let's do this!
What mountain are you climbing in April? What injury are you struggling with?0
