Hello,
I gave a question regarding the “Net Calories” goal. I have a number set at 3,030. What does this mean?
Does it mean I can safely consume this number daily? I am somewhat confused.
Chris

Net calories should be your MFP calorie goal +/- your exercise calories. It is the calories you are meant to eat.
Having said that, exercise calories can often be overestimated, so you might want to start out eating back more like half or three-quarters and then judge by your progress over the next several weeks if you need to tweak that.0 -
