Hi everyone.
I'm Venus mom of 3. I've reached a point where I really didn't like what I was seeing in the mirror. Even would start wheezing at times. I was up to 240 lbs at 5'9, went down slowly and yep went right back up only because I was still eating but not putting in the work. Well I'm down to 213lbs now..and am really happy. Hopefully make a few like minded friends as I am the only one in my house really on this journey and that makes it tough.

Congrats on your weight loss. That was my peak as well, I'm at 220, started at 236 Nov 11th, I have 32 more I want to go - I'm 5'6.

@IsETHome Thank you. :) Congrats to you as well. I've done my goals in increments. I work for 5 at a time. I found I was worrying myself with the bigger number. I still have a lot to go. But today I put in a 20 minute HIIT w.o. ontop of my walk/run.
    I'm sleeping good tonight...lol
I'm not sure how to friend yet but keep in touch I'd like to hear about your progress. It's not easy...but I'm doing baby steps. :-)
