How Much Protein, Carbs, Fat?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of how to determine the amount of Protein, Carbs, and Fat you should eat throughout the day?

Currently I have manually set MFP to 1600 calories/day but don't know what I should set those at. My stats are: 5'2.5", 128 lbs. I weight lift 3x per week and jog/run 2-3x per week. I am also thinking of adding in 20 min. of HIIT after my weight lifting sessions.

Any suggestions on how to calculate or a web site to refer to would be great! Thanks!
