Blueberries

Why aren’t fresh fruits in the list of fruits for my daily diary? I have no clue how many carbs and sugars and all the details are in every fruit. Frustrating. Need quick adds and it seems simple.
Thanks!

Your list of foods gets compiled by the entries you use for the database. So if you have a fruit that you haven't logged before you have to search for a reliable entry so that it will be in your list for quick add later. Look for ones that have USDA in the name, and you can cross-reference with the USDA nutrition database.4

What "list of fruits" are you looking at?
Have you searched for blueberries? It is in the database.

Click add food. Type blueberries in the search, find an entry, log it. I logged blueberries today.
There is no list of foods that you have not previously logged. Once you log a food it may be in your frequent or recent foods list if it is something you have had recently.0
