Felling very discouraged lately.
A year has gone by and I haven’t made very much improvements . :(( so frustrating

    If you feel you haven't made much progress it can help to examine.

    - were you tracking consistently (using a food scale, using solid entries)?
    - were your expectations too high (for example: expecting to lose 3lbs a week but only losing 1)?
    - were you eating back too many exercise calories, over-estimating your burn?
