Hello! I fell off the band wagon but am trying to crawl back on! My biggest issue is eating late at night. It's almost like "sleep eating"! Not hungry, have no business eating, but I'm compelled to put something in my mouth. Any suggestions?

I drink a big glass of water every time I feel the urge to indulge at night! Helps take the edge off.0
