Looking to lose 80-100 lbs

Hi everyone ! I’m currently in bed recovering from my second unplanned c section, wondering how a breastfeeding mom who is not allowed to exercise until cleared by her doctor should go about calculating caloric needs. Thanks for reading! We can do this!

    Congratulations on your baby! I'm sure there are sites where you can input things like that to help figure out your calorie needs. after I had my kids I used a free site called babyfit I don't think its around anymore but they took into account if you were pregnant, or recovering from a birth/ breast-feeding,etc.
