Hello all!
Not really new here, just getting back on this bandwagon. Trying to calculate macros and make meals. Any tips? I know how many fats proteins and carbs I should have just making meals that aren’t boring is a bit of a challenge.

Since you don't tell us your macro split, I assume you just want general advice that would work with any macro split.
1) Pre-log the food you would like to eat.
2) Assess resulting macros.
3) Make adjustments to bring the resulting macros closer to your goals.3 -

Don’t be discouraged by the body building it does have some interesting info. Although I’m unsure about the blood type piece.0
