I’m 18 years old and I am currently trying to bulk up I’m just curious as to what my macros should be and how managed calories should I be eating daily for the best overall results

    go to www.tdeecalculator.net and work it out by plugging in your details. Then you eat according to what it tells you. It even gives you options of lower carb, higher carb etc and does all the maths for you (as in protein per kg bodyweight etc)

    in terms of HOW you eat the calories - well - there is no magic, it's however you prefer to eat. I have to eat lots of times a day because i get hungry if i only eat 3 meals. So i eat 4-5 times a day. meals, not snacks. But some people prefer to fast and then eat all at once, or else have 3 meals a day, or whatever.

    It doens't matter how you divide your meals up. Do what is most comfortable for you.

    And stick to the macros!
