Is it really that important to eat breakfast? I was thinking about going with out breakfast this week because I usually don't eat it on the weekends and I do better with my calories but then there's the whole breakfast is the most important meal thing?

That was an advertising ploy by the egg industry. Any studies saying that breakfast is important show only correlation, not causation, and since you do care about your diet, the correlation will not apply to you (because generally, people who skip breakfast are the same people who don't care about their diets).0

You don't care about your diet?
Some people think breakfast is important to keep your metabolism going, so you don't get lethargic. Sometimes I skip breakfast but I usually try to eat something healthy.0 -
Meal timing is personal preference, so if you feel you would do better without it, skip it.0
