Options
Let’s pound out self doubt in 2019 and create a lifestyle of healthier habits.

Water - 1/2 your weight in ounces
Protein - 1gram/pound of body weight
Follow your calories and macronutrients
Add resistance training
Practice intermittent fasting (sugar only between 10am and 6pm...noon and six is better)
Wake up same time each day
At least 7 hrs sleep
Limit alcohol to 2 oz/day max 3 days/week

My goal is to lose 1 lb per week!
