Today I start again. Need help is the first thing I realize. Need to drop 100 and clean up the food I eat. Posting as a way to get and keep motivated

    Welcome to myfitnesspal! You could start by making sure you have a good food scale, measuring cups and spoons. Maybe fill out your profile and upload a picture on your myfitnesspal page. Good luck with your goals and remember the weight didn't come on overnight so it's not going to come off overnight either. Slow and steady=long term weight loss.
